How it works
From supplied screens to paying sponsor.
RLXP Media joins up the parts that normally live in six different places: your screens, your sponsors, the artwork, the approvals, what actually played, and the money. Here is the whole journey.
The journey
Six steps, one platform.
Each step hands over cleanly to the next, so no one has to move files between systems or chase an approval by email.
- STEP 01
Connect your screens
RLXP Media supplies, installs and connects the screens in your venue — court mesh, scoreboards, reception, bar, gym, outdoor — then registers each display as a logical display with its own format, location and commercial terms.
- STEP 02
Package your inventory
Split screen time between your own promotions, local sponsors and RLXP network campaigns. Build sponsor packages with prices, durations and a shareable sales page.
- STEP 03
Create the content
Content Studio applies your brand kit to a curated template. Add a headline, offer, image, call to action and QR code, then preview it exactly as it will appear on screen.
- STEP 04
Approve it
Draft, submitted, review, approved. Reviewers can request changes with comments, so nothing reaches a screen without a sign-off from the venue or the RLXP team.
- STEP 05
Publish to the network
One Publish button sends the approved artwork to your screens. No downloading files and re-uploading them somewhere else.
- STEP 06
Report and get paid
Plays, screen uptime and campaign delivery feed venue earnings, sponsor renewals and advertiser reporting — with verified playback kept separate from estimated audience.
Content Studio
Nobody has to be a designer.
Content Studio is the part venue teams and sponsors actually touch. Your brand kit — logo, colours, website, booking link, default call to action — is applied for you, and the editable areas are kept deliberately controlled so a professional template stays professional.
Content is created against the display it will run on, so a court back-wall advert and a reception screen advert each come out the right shape without anyone reading a spec sheet.

Why RLXP Media screens
Why digital beats a printed board.
A screen in a sport or leisure venue reaches a captive, repeat audience — and unlike a banner, it can be sold many times over.
An audience that is already there
Members and visitors spend real time in your venue — arriving, waiting, watching, playing. Screens reach them in that time rather than competing for attention in a feed.
Screen space becomes income
The same displays that show your own promotions can carry paying local sponsors and national brands, with a configurable revenue share tracked screen by screen.
Change the message in minutes
Printed boards are fixed for a season. A digital display can promote a tournament this week, a membership offer next week and a sponsor all year.
Sponsorship you can actually sell
Packages, sales pages, contracts, approvals and renewal reminders are built in, so local sponsorship stops being an informal favour and becomes a product.
You stay in control
Venue approval sits in front of every sponsor advert, and exclusivity checks help you avoid running competing brands side by side.
Evidence, not guesswork
Sponsors get delivery reporting from actual playback instead of a promise, which makes renewal conversations far easier.

For advertisersQuestions
The things venues ask first.
- Do we need to buy our own screens?
- No. RLXP Media supplies, installs and configures the screens and media players as part of your subscription. You manage the content once everything is live.
- Do I need a designer to advertise on RLXP Media screens?
- No. Content Studio gives you curated templates built for large-format venue displays. You add your logo, headline, offer and link, preview it, then submit it. If you would rather not do it yourself, you can ask the RLXP team to create it for you as a paid service.
- Do I need to understand screen resolutions?
- No. Every sponsorship or advertising package already knows which display it runs on, so RLXP opens the correct format for you automatically.
- Can a sponsor put anything on our screens?
- No. Sponsor and advertiser content moves through a review step. Nothing goes live until the venue, or RLXP for network campaigns, has approved it.
- Can we sell our own local advertising?
- Yes. Venues keep their own local sponsor relationships, packages and pricing, and can also opt into RLXP-sold regional and national campaigns.
